From our very first meeting, Shaun’s extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Birmingham was evident. He provided a detailed analysis of homes comparable to ours that sold recently and suggested a selling price that was well supported by data. He was also able to recommend timing that would yield the most potential buyers, yet accommodate our schedule. He also made very reasonable suggestions on what improvements we could make to our home to help it sell faster and for a higher price, but he didn’t pressure us to make them. He left it totally up to us to pick and choose what items we wanted to do. Shaun helped us find contractors to do the work, was very cost conscious, and met with the contractors when we couldn’t.
Throughout the home sale process, Shaun’s was incredibly communicative. Every call was answered immediately or promptly returned. He kept us informed of every development in a timely manner. And, his ability to explain complex details in layman’s terms was very welcome.
Shaun’s personalized approach made us feel like we were his number one client. He tailored his services to meet our very specific needs. This home sale was part of a move from Michigan to Pennsylvania and we needed a lot of help! Shaun took the time to understand what help we needed and never hesitated to provide that help.
What can I say about Shaun’s efficiency except that it’s remarkable. He was able to get the house staged, photographed, and on the market quickly and provided us with an app that notified us each time a viewing was scheduled. Shaun’s effectiveness in getting the house on the market resulted in a quick sale.
Shaun displayed a genuine care and concern for us which made for a holistic and reassuring experience. He provided support beyond just the transaction. For example, he meet with the auto transport company when they came to pick up one of our vehicles to ship it to us in PA.
Shaun remained professional and reliable from our first meeting through to the closing and even followed up with us to verify that funds from the sale were deposited into our bank account after the closing.
Finally, Shaun is an expert problem solver, which is what we needed most during our move. While the process was relatively smooth, anytime a problem did arise Shaun was right there with a solution.

Shaun worked with us to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Shaun before listing the house did a walk through with me and gave me suggestions on what minor things needed to be addressed to sell the home and get the maximum dollar for it. I was a bit overwhelmed at first , but Shaun said he would help. I couldn't believe it. Next day there is Shaun in my yard helping with the beatification of my backyard. The next day he showed up with some boxes to help me declutter some of my rooms. After Shaun helped me with fixing, decluttering, and dealing with all the tiny details He brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! When the house sold in only 6 days he was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. As first time home buyers, we could not have chosen a better realtor! Shaun was great at walking us through every step of the process. We worked with Shaun for about 6 months and he was consistently available when we wanted to see a home. His experience as both a selling agent and buying agent helped us have more competitive offers in a difficult market. After our offer was accepted, Shaun managed everything behind the scenes and provided high quality recommendations for inspectors, title companies, etc. He even removed a toilet himself so the sewer could be scoped and hired a plumber to reinstall it.
